Now you can!    How does this work?

1. Agree to have Above & Beyond Real Estate refer you, the Principal, in the transaction.  Contact us using the feedback form and put "Refer Yourself" in the subject line.

2. Above & Beyond Real Estate will provide a referral for you to work with a qualified Broker in your area.   By referring yourself to Above & Beyond Real Estate and as part of the referral agreement between brokers, YOU will earn part of the commission that is normally paid to the Brokers.

3. At closing, you will get paid the referral fee and it will be shown on the HUD closing statement.

Additional information:

• If you are not satisfied with the Broker that was originally assigned to you, Above & Beyond Real Estate will assign you to another experienced Broker who will hopefully meet or exceed your expectations.
• Above & Beyond Real Estate will abide by the legal requirements of each state.  If it is illegal in any state for a principal in a real estate transaction to receive these credits at closing, Above & Beyond Real Estate will keep the referral fee.
• In addition, if your lender does not allow you to receive cash back up to 1% at closing, you will receive the amount that the lender "will" allow up to 1% and Above & Beyond Real Estate will keep the balance of the 1%.
