Represented by a Buyer’s Broker?
- For most people, buying a home is the single biggest investment a buyer can make. Wouldn’t it be prudent to use the knowledge and experience of a person who could prevent you from buying the wrong home, wasting “thousands” of your hard-earned dollars?
- You don’t know what you don’t know. My experience and training will be put to work representing your interests. For example, do you know what Polybutylene is? Do you know what EIFS is? Do you know the important dates in a contract and what will happen if they are missed? Do you know how to read a HUD closing statement and can you be sure the numbers are correct?
- As a buyer, a Buyer’s Brokerage Agreement provides you with PROTECTION in your transaction by having a Broker who represents “you”.
- BY LAW, any Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Georgia who represents you in a transaction must have a signed Buyer’s Brokerage agreement with you. (Under O.C.G.A 10-6A-1 et. seq.)
- In most circumstances, The SELLER pays the entire contracted commission regardless of whether the Buyer is represented!
- Without a Buyer's Brokerage Agreement, a Real Estate Salesperson or Broker can only give you ministerial help. They cannot point out things to avoid and things to do. They can only provide information that you must know what to do with.
- Without a Buyer’s Brokerage Agreement, a salesperson will not be committed to you and have a fiduciary relationship that will put your best interests first.
- When you sign a Buyer’s Brokerage Agreement with me, you are committing yourself to work with me and I am committing myself to working with you to find you the property that is right for you.
